Simple Taco Casserole

Taco Casserole is a brief and clean weeknight meal made in one pot!  A scrumptious dinner recipe that doesn’t depart a sink full of dishes. This Taco Casserole Recipe is ideal for us busy mothers. A simple meal made in one pot is simply what we need on those crazy weeknights full of sports, homework and errands. much less time spent making the dinner approach extra time sitting on the desk enjoying a own family meal!


  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Package McCormick Taco Seasoning, low sodium
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes, 15oz, low sodium
  • 1 Can Tomato Sauce, 15 oz, low sodium
  • 1 Can Green Chiles, 4 oz
  • 1 Cup Frozen Whole Kernel Corn
  • 2 Cups Uncooked Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 Cup Shredded Colby/Jack Cheese


  1. Brown beef in 3 quart pot over medium/excessive heat. Drain fats and go back beef to pot.
  2. add taco seasoning, water, tomatoes, tomato sauce, green chiles and corn. convey to a boil.
  3. add raw macaroni and reduce warmness to low. cowl and simmer for 10-15 minutes (until pasta is cooked via). Stir every now and then.
  4. dispose of from warmness. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover.
  5. Serve as soon as cheese is melted.
