Best Honey Garlic Pork Chops!

  1. 6 pieces loin chops, (or pork chop)
  2. ½ cup ketchup
  3. 3 tbsp honey
  4. 2 tbsp soy sauce
  5. 5 cloves garlic, minced
  6. salt and pepper
  7. parsely, garnish
  8. lemon slices, garnish (optional)


For Pan Frying:
  1. For some, who rather wants to cook it in the pan. First thing you need to do is pound the chop with a mallet (to make it thin and quick to cook). Season pork with salt and pepper.
  2. Pan fry the loin chops and set it aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic then add in ketchup, honey, soy sauce and let it simmer. Add in the pork chops and let it simmer over low heat until sauce becomes thick and reduced. Garnish with chopped parsley and slices of lemon.

For Grilling:
  1. Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly grease the grate with oil to prevent the meat from sticking to your grate.
  2. In a bowl, mix ketchup, honey, soy sauce, and garlic until well blended.
  3. Start grilling the pork chops on both sides on the grill. Use a brush to lightly glaze each porkchop on both sides. Keep turning each side to prevent burning.
  4. Continue to grill the pork chops until color of the porkchop in the center is brown for about 7 to 9 minutes per side. If you have a cooking thermometer, an instant-read inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Garnish with toasted sesame seeds on top. Enjoy!
