Bacon Egg Muffins (Keto)




Ingredients
  1. 12 eggs
  2. 1/3 cup heavy cream
  3. 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  4. black pepper to taste
  5. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or fresh herbs
  6. 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  7. 3.5 oz cheddar cheese shredded
  8. 2 green onions

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine eggs, cream, dry mustard and pepper in a bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
  3. Grease a muffin tin very well.
  4. Divide cheese, bacon and onions over the wells. Pour eggs overtop.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes or until set.
